Travel and Service Fees:
Our travel chef service is designed to accommodate your event needs with transparent pricing and customizable options. Here’s how our fees are structured:
Travel Costs:
• Airfare: Round-trip flight cost + 10% booking fee
• Lodging: Accommodation fees for overnight stays (Hotel or Airbnb)
• Daily Travel Expenses: $50–$100/day for meals and incidentals
• Ground Transportation: Local travel or car rental fees ($50–$100/day)
Chef Service Fees:
• Base Chef Fee: Starting at $500/day (Includes meal planning, shopping, and cooking for your event)
• Additional Staff: If needed, additional staff (servers, bartenders, etc.) can be arranged for $30–$50/hour per staff member.
• Special Requests: Custom menus, dietary restrictions, or themed meals may incur an additional charge depending on complexity.
Equipment Rentals:
• Kitchen Equipment: If special kitchen equipment is required for your event, a rental fee will be added. All equipment rentals are subject to a 10-20% handling fee.
• Service Ware: Plates, utensils, and glassware can be rented upon request, with a handling charge of 10%.
Ingredient Costs:
• Sourcing: All ingredients will be sourced fresh and local where possible. Ingredient costs will be billed with a 10-20% markup based on sourcing and preparation needs.
