Minimum Investment
To ensure quality, travel efficiency, and service excellence, the following minimums apply:

$2,500 minimum food & service investment
• Applies to all out-of-area bookings
• Final pricing varies based on guest count, menu selections, and event scope
Travel & Lodging
Traveling Chef services require additional accommodations, which may include:
• Travel fee: $40 per hour (round-trip travel time)
• Airfare or long-distance transportation (if applicable)
• Lodging required for multi-day or extended-distance events
• Rental vehicle or local transportation if needed
All travel-related expenses are quoted transparently prior to booking.
Booking & Retainer
• 50% non-refundable retainer required to secure your date
• Remaining balance due prior to service
• Events booked less than 14 days in advance may be subject to expedited service fees
